Warranty Periods
Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product description page for specific warranty information. General warranty periods are as follows:
- Renewable Energy Products (Solar Panels, Inverters): 2 to 25 years, depending on the component.
- Home & Kitchen Appliances: 1 to 2 years.
- Consumer Electronics: 1 year.
What is Not Covered by Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage caused by power surges, improper installation, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or filters, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Making a Warranty Claim
