7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer care team at care@horizonmall.store or call us at +234 901 116 0022 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@horizonmall.store.
